ニューヨークのイーストヴィレッジにあるネイルサロン『VIBLiSSiMO』様のショップカードのイラストを描かせていただきました。

ニューヨークは人種のるつぼであり、価値観や感覚をはじめ、肌の色、髪の色、目の色、骨格、体型など実に様々です。

ファッション、メイク、ネイルに求める色似合う色も、日本とは全く違い、

このイラストを作成するに辺り、色の表現が難しく、勉強になりました。

自分の感覚を越えてみた作品です。

I drew the illustration of VIBLiSSiMO for the shop card.It was challenging for me.

As we know,there’re many kinds of people in NYC. So,in other words there’re so many values,feeling,color of skin,hair,eyes, frame, figure.

As we have different backgrounds we have different preferences of colors.

I enjoyed finding out the differences between Japanese and New Yorkers as we have.
